iThrive began with a simple observation: young people were disengaged.
Programs were repetitive. Supervision was mistaken for development.
Behavior challenges were rising, but engagement was low.
We built something different.
Through large-group interactive challenges, obstacle-based experiences, and high-energy collaborative games, we turned social-emotional learning into something youth actually wanted to be part of.

Schools invited us into their spaces.

We expanded intentionally.
This phase was about refinement. We strengthened our coaching methods, formalized our learning model, clarified our standards, and built the internal systems required to protect quality while growing reach.
Growth was never about scale.
It was about strengthening the core.
Today, iThrive operates as a structured Youth Development Institute.
