As a national trainer with Boys & Girls Clubs of America, he has trained CEOs and organizational leaders across the country. Jahmir is passionate about creating healing-centered, culturally responsive spaces where young people and those who support them can grow and thrive.

Byron Toney is a Training and Development Manager at American Airlines with more than 15 years of experience in leadership and operations within the aviation industry. He brings a strong background in coaching, team development, and performance improvement. Passionate about preparing the next generation for leadership, Byron proudly supports iThrive’s mission to empower and inspire youth.

Aniah Willis is a dedicated leader and advocate for youth empowerment who currently serves as the Board Secretary for iThrive Youth Empowerment. A proud graduate of the University of North Texas at Denton, Aniah brings strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a heart for service to her role on the board. She is passionate about creating systems of accountability and excellence that support iThrive’s mission of equipping young people with confidence, resilience, and purpose. With a background rooted in leadership and community engagement, Aniah combines professionalism with compassion, ensuring that every voice is heard and every action is aligned with the organization’s vision.

We are seeking a Treasurer with financial expertise to oversee budgeting, ensure fiscal accountability, and support strategic growth. Ideal candidates have experience in nonprofit or business finance and a passion for empowering youth.

Pamela Powell works as a claims specialist for a major insurance giant. Pam holds a Bachelor's and Masters degree in Legal Studies with an emphasis in Alternative Dispute Resolution. Pam is also a devoted member of Iota Phi Lambda Sorority, Inc. Pam is passionate about iThrive because its mission aligns deeply with her personal values. She believes in nurturing young people not just to survive but to thrive, and she’s excited to collaborate with a team that puts heart and purpose into action. Pam is a mother of two thriving young adults and enjoys a nice long cruise to unwind.
